GPS BASED SPEED CONTROL
Keeping a constant speed is critical to creating the ultimate water sport experience. The new Water Sport Control makes it easy, allowing drivers to dial in the desired speed through the user interface in the Glass Cockpit or via the buttons on the side-mounted control. At full throttle, the function will help accelerate up to the set speed and keep it constant during the ride. Use the Water Sport Control to dial in the perfect speed for each rider.
USER PROFILES MADE EASY
Get out onto the water faster with Water Sport Control. The system allows up to three user profiles to be created, pre-stored and loaded with the touch of a finger. Thanks to the Boat Trim System (BTS), you will also have perfect control over pitch and heel, for a smoother ride. Each profile stores your preferred speed, surf side and power trim angle.
TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR EVERY MOTION
The ballast tank controls are easily accessed and each tank can be controlled individually or altogether. The desired power trim angle is dialed in through the Water Sport Control in the Glass Cockpit display or by the button on the side-mounted control handle. Control the surf side easily with the Water Sport control and switch sides quickly while surfing to try new tricks. With the optional Powertrim Assistant installed, it adjusts the boat’s drive trim automatically for optimal running attitude, resulting in even better acceleration and comfort.
FULL INTEGRATION
Designed to work seamlessly with the Volvo Penta Forward Drive and Volvo Penta Glass Cockpit, the Water Sport Control is integrated part of a complete helm-to-prop solution that is sold, warranted and supported by Volvo Penta. The system consolidates all of your engine charts and data, as well as water sports functionality, into the Glass Cockpit – giving you a clean, easy-to-use dashboard display. The function comes in a default combination with audio control and camera view, and integrates with Garmin functionalities such as Garmin VIRB action cameras and other apps that enhance the experience.
